Has anyone had experience with "Premiere Electronics"?

I ordered a cheapo scanner antenna from them on May 8 with Priority Mail shipping. It's been 11 days, and they will not answer their emails to let me know what's going on (the order status says "1 ordered, 0 shipped").

Either they're ripping me off, or they don't know how to run a business.

Have you contacted them by phone yet?

I find communication with such companies resolves most "misunderstandings."

Not by phone yet. They provide an order status request form and 4 email addresses, and answer none of them. Makes me wonder why i'd have to call them when they give me five e-options. That's what makes me wonder if something's up.
