Who exactly did you speak with and at what phone number? How did you happen to phone them?

I know the website exists. What I don't know is if the COMPANY still exists. They do not answer emails and no one answers the phone. I placed an order four months ago and my credit card was billed over two weeks ago. Still nothing!!!!

I am not sure about I.C.E. directly, but I know Array Solutions sells I.C.E. products. Six months ago I ordered an I.C.E. filter and received it within Five days.

Alive...maybe. Well...I don't think so. After a wait of 18 weeks I had my bank recover my money.
I will never order from them again. Their customer communications STINKS.

K0OD asks: Who exactly did you speak with and at what phone number? How did you happen to phone them? -------------------------------------------- I do not know his name, but it was the same guy I spoke with a month ago when I ordered one of thier HF Coaxial protection devices.
I called the 1-800 # on thier web page.

You mean THIS number from their website? "Toll-free: 1-800-423-2666 Phone Hours: Mon-Fri 10AM-6PM " I phoned it twice and it wasn't answered by human or machine. 14 rings the first time; more than 20 the second time during normal business hours in Indianapolis. http://www.iceradioproducts.com/contact.htm

"Maybe they don't like you" ----- You think that's why eHam has two threads going on this subject?
"Toll-free: 1-800-423-2666"
Their local Indianapolis number, 317-545-5412, isn't answered either. The Fax number is answered by a fax machine.
Anyone else want to try calling them?

A smoking section in a restaurant makes as much sense as a peeing section in a swimming pool.

Maybe they've "filtered" me out. Need to buy a political version of that device for my phone.
