I know the website exists. What I don't know is if the COMPANY still exists. They do not answer emails and no one answers the phone. I placed an order four months ago and my credit card was billed over two weeks ago. Still nothing!!!!

I am not sure about I.C.E. directly, but I know Array Solutions sells I.C.E. products. Six months ago I ordered an I.C.E. filter and received it within Five days.

Alive...maybe. Well...I don't think so. After a wait of 18 weeks I had my bank recover my money.
I will never order from them again. Their customer communications STINKS.

I do not know his name, but it was the same guy I spoke with a month ago when I ordered one of thier
HF Coaxial protection devices.
I called the 1-800 # on thier web page.

Their local Indianapolis number, 317-545-5412, isn't answered either. The Fax number is answered by a fax machine.
Anyone else want to try calling them?
