At this point I don't care if they answer or not. Waiting for an order for 18 weeks with absolutely no way to communicate with them is totally unacceptable. Further, they state specifically on their order form that they will not bill you until the order is ready to ship. THIS IS A LIE!!!!!

They will NEVER see another order from me.

got a reply the same day from
Jay Terleski (jayt@arraysolutions.com)
asking what I wanted to order.

Array solutions is in Texas and ICE is shown as being in Indiana. I bought a AS product by telephone a few months ago and got it in days. Service was excellent.

The gripes are all with ICE. Are they one and the same company? Could be ICE has some technical glitch that Jay needs to know about.

Jay is well aware of the problems at I.C.E. We have had correspondence on the subject and at his suggestion I had my bank recover my funds. About three weeks after my account was debited by I.C.E. I finally received my order. The total wait, during which time there was NO corrsepondence from I.C.E., was 26 weeks!!!!

As I have stated earlier, I feel this is totally unacceptable, and I'll never place another order with I.C.E.

I have no issues with their products, but their customer service is unacceptable.

Is it normal for the ARRL to contact a vendor like this that people are having trouble with or is this just an exception? Either way it seems pretty cool that they would go out of thier way like that.

I ordered a HF Lightning suppressor from ICE recently 2/09, and received the product quickly and was very well built.
