Hi Marty,

Too bad ilove2cell used your Radio-Mart branded photos of
that Tek Scope that ts944 'won' and listed it as her own item.

I've got to say I honestly believe Marty on this one,

ilove2cell and ts944 have got to be his best customers!

>> I also have 2 good customers who have over $20k sat here in my bank for future purchases.

You could put an end to all the rumors and speculation ! Just list ONE thing on ebay!

Yeah, just ONE more Tek signal analyzer serial number B021461 would do it!

hi,

Next we can see his PayPal account closed down since
they are part of Ebay.

I see he also offers tax forms for donated gear.
Nice to see he likes non working gear as well!

Accusations of Shill Bidding,, wow my account manager has confirmed 16 people have reported me for supposedly shill bidding,, again, shame on you for lying,, the fact I sometimes have private auctions must really frustrate the 16 who think I shill bid, Shill bidding is illegal and not something I nor my company has ever been involved with, anyone who has won anything from me is welcome to request the bid history and I will be more than happy to provide it, needless to say the 16 were corrected and life goes on, I have to confess that even I am sometimes surprised by how much an item sells for, I guess a sign of trust in buying from a company with over 18,000 positive feedbacks.

OK Martyn, Then maybe you can explain this:

If you look at "feedback given" for ilove2cell  (who used to be gottahaveit1995) you will seee that the very first feedback given was for an item bought from Radio-mart. How can that be?

Years ago you stated in one of these forums (I don't remember which one) that you had nothing to do with gottahaveit1995, but now you admit to owning both (companies as you call them). What has changed? did you just recently buy gottahaveit1995?

If you are not using shills to drive up bids on your sales, then why are "gottahaveit1995" and "ts944" bidding on every item right up to the end, then if they "win", you are spotted relisting the item again in a week or two?

Quote from Martyn Allison on the previous page :

Well that’s because there is only a handful of gossips just delighting in causing hassle on forums and NO ONE,, not ONE person has complained to the BBB etc as there has been noting to complain about,, like I keep asking,, WHERE IS THE PROOF.

I really dont know what happens to
ebayers who get suspended since so
much is done under cloak of secrecy
(ie the way ebay does its business when
 something arises).

Thanks for answering my question,
no one else did.

I'd leave ebay too if I had to pay
a 13% commission, thats seems like
a lot to pay.

Does ebay pull id's they
suspend? I mean do they
remove them totally from their
system?

Yes the account would totally dissapear.
I am the one who chose to no longer support paying ebay 13% for doing nothing
I am also the one who set up www.radio-mart.net
Its odd that because I chose to take this action that even that is twisted to sound like it is something I did wrong
I see the same few callsigns posting garbage, and see that none of them have purchased from my company or know me so they are just spreading lies
So like I keep asking,, WHERE IS THE PROOF?
Come on is this the best you can do?
I even published my phone #,,, and in one of the postings it was said,, some one has found out where I live,,, WOW,, look up my callsign,, look in the phone book,, Duh,,,,

You have to be a Member of the BBB to be rated, good or bad. Radio Mart is not a Member of the BBB, so what is his point? Sounds like more misleading information from a less than wonderful dealer.  Wink

I understand what you are saying.....

This has been one heck of a thread. I believe I made the point I wanted to make and will consider it closed at this point.

I think radio-mart got the message that a lot of people did not like the way things went on ebay with him.

Now he has a new web site.  Lets all back off for awhile and give him a chance. If he does good with people and handles problems better that would be a great start.

Stay tuned.
