 Apart from broadband, I seem to remember a black box interface unit that would allow one to use a p.c. on the internet and at the same time allow use of the phone on only one phone line, I think the advert was running in one of the mags, I would really appreciate it if anyone has any knowledge of this unit.

International is just one of many who make a device like this, do a search on search engine where the results may be closer to your QTH.
