Hi Group,

Just was reading some improvements gained by replacing the factory filter with a Inrad 2.1 KHz filter.

Anyone had success with this add-on?

Mostly interested in any improvements on 2 meter ssb and maybe digital modes.

Thanks,
Chad

The INRAD filter is a big help if (and only if) you are having problems with front end overlad from strong nearby signals. I put one in my TS-2000 and it was greatly improved for contest use. Now 3 other local hams have put the INRAD in their TS-2000s.
