I have a 40-10 G5RV in my attic,  52 feet long with 17 feet of 450 Ohm matching section and ending in an SO-239 coax connector and  fed with 50 ohm RG8.  I also have an MFJ antenna tuner at the transceiver. I have room in the attic for a 38' per side square loop (156' total), which should work on 40 through 10. My question: Could I add length to  the G5RV to get my 156', and use the same ladder line matching and 50 ohm coax feed to get the horizontal loop effect?
