Since you ask... It's a little too busy. Glitter is nice, but too much isn't. You might want to read my article.

Hi Matt.  I find it way too busy, glitzy, and I also find the font difficult to deal with.  Sorry.  Not trying to be mean, but you did ask for feedback.  I'm an engineer, perhaps I have a more austere bias than most.  On a positive note, I appreciate your explaination of UK license classes and the PLT data and link.
