I am interested in getting an antenna software program so I can design, test, and evaluate the antennas before I build them.  I am interested in wire antennas and Yagis.  I am not a computer or antenna guru so the software needs to be a Windows type program and something that does not require an eletronics degree from MIT to use.  It has been suggested that I look at two of the NEC programs.  The EZNEC by W7EL and the NEC-Win Plus from Nittany-Scientific.  I don't know much about ether program and would like to hear from those who have used them, Pro's and Con's.  Also if there are some other good programs out there I would like to know about them also.  Remember I am a ham so I don't have a lot of money to spend on a program.     Thanks, Al N7IOH
