Anyone else out there experiencing slow service from MFJ?

I've always had pretty good responsiveness from them but I placed an order on the Web with them Dec. 7th, paid by PayPal on the 8th. The status report show it still in process. Tonight I sent an email inquiry. Got a form back saying they would respond in two business days. Whoop.

Hi,

My recent experience from MFJ was outstanding.  I placed a telephone order for parts on November 23 after I couldn't find what I was looking for on their website.  It took a bit of searching on MFJ's end to finally connect me with someone who could help me, but once I got the correct person, he was able to not only provide technical information on the parts I wanted, but also take my information and place the order.  Being that this was the week of Thanksgiving, I didn't expect my parcel until after the holidays, but my items arrived on Wednesday Nov 25, only 2 days after I ordered.  I'm not sure if my good experience was a fluke or if your poor experience was one, but I was very impressed.

Even slower than a turtle! I sent one of their automatic ATU's back for repair, and from the day I sent it until the day I got it back was 13 weeks to the day!! (Thirteen weeks is one-quarter of a year.) These guys are glad to take your money and sell you their products, but try to get something repaired and you are in for a long wait.
