hello to all ,i have a chance to aquire either a commander 1250 or a tec tec centurion 422 both amps are in very good condition with low hours of use what are the pros and cons of each ?leaning towards the commander thanks to all who reply

Also evaluate Technical Support.  

Ten Tec's is awesome.  Even for discontinued products, I've often found a call to Ten Tec to be very worthwhile.

They are pretty much rated the same power, from what I have heard, the TenTec would probably be the best bet if you work CW since it has QSK as a standard feature, and it is an option with the Commander. You have one very expensive tube in the Commander vs a fairly low cost pair of 3-500z's in the TenTec.
