I was wondering if I own 2 yaesu radios could I run both radios off of the C.A.T software at the same time or would I have to open a program for both radios< Would this cause a conflict.

Yes and NO:

No... if you were going to try to run both your rigs on the same comm port or with only one of the CAT programs up a running.

Yes...if you were to have two (2) seperate working com ports on your PC then both your 232 cables coming from each rig would go to again two seperate com ports...when working both rigs you of course would have to have two (2) applications of the CAT program running in your windows to do both and would associate itself with the (2) seperate com ports/rigs/program.
