I am running a Yaesu FT1000D and using Logger 32 logging softerware.
I am looking for commercially supplied computer interface hareware (with drive software if required) that will allow logger 32 and my FT1000D to communicate.

Can anyone recommend something and a source to purchase from?

Thanks

I've used the cables made and sold by K1NU.  They are reasonably priced and work great.  Check them out at www.k1nu.com.

Or you can build one for about $5.  I can send you a schematic if you're interested.

Thanks for the info and yes I would be very interested in seeing the schematic if you would send it.  You can email to jmazzuco@worldnet.att.net

B& B electronics has a RS-232 to TTL converter, it sells for about $35.  the RS-232 side goes to your computer and the ttl side goes to the CAT plug on the FT-1000d.
