I have two Pyramid brand power supplies (13.8 volts), both with problems. . .the PS-14KX has a bad hum (ripple) on the output and the Phase III 20 amp has too high a voltage output (about 17.5 volts) and when the AC is removed it is VERY slow to bleed down. Sounds like a bleed resistor is not doing it's job. I can't find the schematics. Can someone direct me. I've tried an Internet search but nothing yet.

Thanks and 73,
Karl - W4UTI
