What are the codes for a  icom-706[older model],to get rig control,using n3fip's ,logging program, AClog 2.8,I have tried several, but do not have the correct ones.
I hope someone can help me, it's driving me nuts.

Scott did not even know what the strings were for thr icom- 706!! so, do not say he supports his stuff.

He did not know the strings, you would think , if he is so good, that he would have that info, on his site, which he has not!! Enough said, just not happy. If you got to go to the group thing, then he has not done did his home work.  Billie

Try the user forum I posted,
I bet there is at least one other owner
with the same setup you are using.

Scott supports his software by the user
forums, he can't know every radio code.

While not freeware, there IS a free 45 day trial period.  Perhaps with a less sarcastic and abrasive attitude, the author will be willing to provide the support you seek.  But again, you get what you pay for.  But if the program is not to your liking, you can find alternatives.   Google works.
