I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience with the iphone echolink app? I'm getting an iphone and this looks like it would be fun.

Tried it out on my iPhone. Tested with both wifi and 3G network connection. Works fine. Be sure to allow UDP port 7000 out if you block such things on your network.

This app is fantastic!  I have been using it when travelling and have had excellent success.  IMHO it is the killer app for the iPhone

I've been using it since it was released, Works Fine on my iPhone and have gotten better Audio Reports than via our local RF Repeater. VERY nice App!.. This combined with iBCNU (for APRS) are the Apps used most on my Phone..

Works well down here on 3G. I am also a fan of iBCNU.

Cheers
