Keyspan USB to Serial Adapter and CW

I saw a number of positive reviews on this product in the Reviews section. But none of the posts indicated whether the adapter is being used to generate CW via the RTS lead. Does the Keyspan unit control/detect all of the "handshaking" leads (RTS, DTR, DSR, CTS)? Has anyone used the Keyspan to send CW via the RTS lead?  Many thanks.
