Hello,
Recently I picked up a Handheld PC (H/PC) and have been using it with paKet and KaGold while mobile and I decided to make an SMTP/POP3 gateway.

It's pretty basic, a remote station connects to the station running the gateway and you have the option of starting an SMTP or POP3 session.  On the station side you have to configure the SMTP and POP3 IP address to connect to, but it works.  I'm looking for anyone interested in giving it some testing.

Right now all it does is put you thru to the server of your choosing and you have to manually enter SMTP or POP3 commands.  I'm looking at making an H/PC client to interface with it over the radio.

Currently I'm testing with a couple KPC-3's, a Dell Laptop and my Jornada 680e HPC.

Development has been a bit sluggish due to work and other set backs but I have started a website for ODQMail at http://odqmail.ianthurston.com

I have almost completed the release version which will be online soon.  I am posting screenshots and real time text saves right now.
