After using QSL Maker for 2 years, I had to reformat my computer. After 2 weeks the thing is starting to know me again, but when I try to download QSL Maker, winzip says it's not a legitimate file. With exe version,I get something in cmos I don't understand.
Any help would be appreciated.

When you say CMOS could it possibly be a command prompt(black window)? If that is the case it has probably extracted the files to two folders called "Disk 1" and "disk 2" find the Disk 1 folder and inside of it should be the .exe file to start the setup.

There's another possibility here.

The version of Winzip you have installed may be older than the version used to create the download you are using.

Therefore, if this is the case, if you upgrade to a more current version of Winzip, this could solve the problem.

Good luck.
