Hello fellow hams,
anyone here can tell me if there is anything wrong with callbook staff? I ordered and already payed it but still nothing came in, for months now! I emailed them and NADA! All I want is and explanation! Anyone knows if there are any problems?

Thanks

See my eham review-----they totally ignored by requests as well, I had to get a refund from my credit card company since CAllbook would not respond to my emails or phyone calls or letters.  The credit card company agreed with me that this was credit card fraud since the company did not deliver the product and would not respond.

My advice to all---BOYCOTT CALLBOOK----and go to another company.  My incident was in December, this one in May.  Anyway, it may be the same name but is not the same company or people which worked on the legendary hardcopy volumes.

I got the CD yesterday (30JUL07) took over 5 months to arrive... Some would say "better late then ever". I may agree but I suggest next time they advertise the edition AFTER they have it in stock! No before! Also a better effort in replying their costumers! Specially new ones!
