You are mixing apples and oranges. PayPal is a payment method used by sellers on eBay. I have used it for several years with no problems. The seller receives your name and address for shipping purposes, and I believe that is all. How you pay is between you and the PayPal folks.

The other is an on-line store of which I've had no contact. I wouldn't be surprised if much of the merchandise sold by Kawamall and by the various eBay sellers are from the same source.

hi roger,

CW-MAN has lots of cables and is high rated

http://stores.ebay.com/CW-MAN-Ham-Radio-Gear-and-Supplies

you can always contact the ebay seller and
ask if they will take postal money order instead of
paypal.

paypal is also used by other sellers outside of ebay.

if the seller has high feedback rating you should have
no  problem with him/her and your cables.

I've ordered cables from Kawamall a few times and have been very satisfied with the speedy delivery and quality of cables I've received from them.  My last purchase was for an amplifier relay cable for a Kenwood 940SAT and an Ameritron AL-80B.  I received the cable quickly, quality was as advertised and it works great.  I have no qualms giving them a thumbs-up.
