recivier and dish.I dont want to pay monthly bills.Do they still make them.I dont want Direct TV or Dish Network.Thanks de N0ZNA/John

While you might find the receiver and dish, the transponders are all digitally encoded.

Scan for "Free to Air TV"

Last time I looked, one could get The NASA channel and a couple of religious channel for free.
