I was wondering if anyone has gone through this.
We have a regular schedule with a bunch of guy for a round table (nothing formal) but depending on band conditions, some of the guys can't copy.
Is there an easy way to get them in the loop using the PC and Skype?
My first thought is to just put a mic in front of the speaker (to broadcast into Skype) and let them listen in.
But is there a better way?

AFAIK, Skype has no provisions for the need you are describing.
Look at EchoLink... Conferences are allowed on EchoLink. You would have to facilitate that by buying the hardware and integrating it into your station, but the hardware is not very expensive.
On their end, they would merely log in and operate. You are the sysop.
