I need recommendations for a good logging program for my Mac running OSX 10.4.11 that will also work with the LoTW software. Preferably something simple to use and inexpensive. Thanks!

MacLoggerDX is a great program which includes receiver control, dx cluster and much more. Cost is around $90. I used this when I first went to the Mac and do still believe it is a great program with FANTASTIC support, but I no longer use it.
Haven't used Aether, but know that it is popular.
I use RUMlog. It is FREE, has QSO/QSL logging, has better award/QSL tracking than MacLoggerDX, receiver control (limited set of receivers), dx cluster, support for LoTW (better than MLDX), and basic integration with Fldigi for digital fans. My only complaint is that it rounds off frequencies to the kHz point (PSK31 on 14071.3 for example would be listed as 14071.0), but other than that I think it is the best program out there for the Mac.
However, you really can't go wrong with any of these.
