Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to read this message.
About 5 years or more ago I remember there was an experiment which involved putting a purchased "Peripheral Card" in your computer and you could then use your computer similar to a ham radio. It is not the program Echo-Link.. It is an actual card you would place inside the computer, I think it was in that vacinity of around $150.00. Does anyone know what this was called? Or have a link to the information ?
Any information will be appreciated.
Thank you.
