New Kenwood Radio

If this new Kenwood offering would have decent selectivity like the TS-850, I would jump on it (if I had extra cash - Hi).  Looks fairly decent and be interested to see the numbers on it.

I miss Kenwood in the market. 

Just because a radio costs $$ doesn't make it contest grade.  I am hoping this will open up things a bit in the $1500-2000 price class.

Will wait and see.

The Kenwood TS-590S is slated to ship next month (Oct) -- and dealers are taking advance orders at $1799.
