This thread comforts me. I ws beginning to think that I was the only one questioning the assumptions and claims over global warming. It has certainly made available lots of money to university researchers to write papers - which their peers who also want a slice of the action review and thus give them a spurious authenticity - while denigrating all those serious scientists who question any of it.

Meanwhile, they ignore solar cycles and the Maunder minimum....

Temperatures on average haven't increased in ten years  and we are still colder than in the 1500s...
