Good Day all,

I have an Emtech NW40 I purchased many years ago, I have since misplaced the manual. I am having trouble with the side tone. It's very high pitched, and distorted. The RF output is fine, 4.5W @12v, and it seems receive fine. Does anyone knows where I can get a copy of the manual, other than Emtech, I've already sent them 2 emails with no response. I would love to put this rig back into service, but I think I should run through an alignment and test first. It's been too long since I worked on it, and I don't remember what adjustments do what. Except the RF power out, its labeled. I have tried turning down the power, it still has a very high pitch and distortion. I've also tried different DC power levels, from 10V to 15V, no joy there either.
Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
