I recently purchased a mint condition SX-100 Receiver and a related speaker also in mint condition.  I believe the speaker is a R-48 but not totally sure.  The receiver is absolutely beautiful.  Best I can tell everything works and the paint job still looks great.  Someone told me that the receiver and the speaker together makes this a hot combination for selling it.  Personnallly I think I am going to hold on to it just for nostaligia sake.  However, for the right price I would be willing to entertain the idea of selling it.  I just dont know much about the demand for this radio.  Does anyone know much about this or the potential demand for this radio?  Or for that matter any useful information?  Thanks!  Rob AB9Df

These go for $200-$250 (less if in poor condx) and they sell pretty well.  The speaker should add some to that (I don't know how much).
