Last weekend, I had a great time running QRP from Vancouver BC, contacting California QSO Party hams.

If I _don't_ submit a log, will their QSO's with me be invalidated?  Are the logs cross-checked, or is it "honor system" with each ham's log?

Thanks.

Basically it is the honor system.  If you were to show up in only one person's log, they might toss it out as a "unique".  Some contests do and others don't.  If you worked a number of different stations, it won't matter if you send in a log as yours will be considered a valid contact.

So you probably don't need to worry about sending in a log if you don't want to.  However, it would be good to send it in.  You might even get an award for your area.

Thanks.

I hit enough stations so that I'll clearly be "real".

But with 5 watts and a Hamstick, on-air for two hours, I'm not winning any awards! <g>
