Found tie clip with engraved callsign W2JUG

In the process of moving, my mother in-law discovered a tie clip engraved with the callsign W2JUG. 
Nobody is sure if it was among her own things or left by a previous occupant of her new apartment
According to QRZ.COM, W2JUG is not currently issued and has been out of the waiting period for years.
Does anybody know who this person is/was?
My wife (KC2THQ) I are curious

It is a call from a club station, located in Burlington, N.J. from 1962 through the late 1980's. They actually had 3 different locations during that time, all in Burlington. Perhaps someone with pride in their club owned the tie clip. Possibly a past owner of the house ?

The name of the club was West Jersey Radio Amateurs

In 1941 it was held by Reginald A. White of Chappaqua NY.

Thanks for catching that, Steve. I should have looked back farther. I do show Reginald White from the Spring of 1938 through the Spring of 1951 and gone in the Fall 1953 issue.

The apartment complex in question is an age 55+ independent living facility in Burlington County NJ. 
I strongly suspect that someone from the club (or a surviving member of that person's family) may have occupied the apartment in question. 
I am going to ask some questions around the Burlington County amateur community and the apartment manager.

W2JUG was issued to Wally Rohlfing in the late 1950's. He was my buddy. Wally died in an auto accident. Our club, the West Jersey Radio Amateurs, acquired the call and used it as our club call for many years. Although WJRA is defunct, there a few old WJRA members still around. If you want I might be able to help you figure out who the owner is.
