I recently bought a used, non-working  Ten Tec 1315 CW QRP rig without a manual and I really need the parts values so I can double check the work of the builder, I never thought this info. would be so hard to find. Can someone please email me a photo of the parts list pages?
I already have the 40 meter manual for parts locations, etc.

Many thanks. 73  Michael

You may have this: http://www.tentec.com/files/K7QO_1330_guide.pdf (assembly of the TT-1330 / TT-13xx series xceivers)
And this: http://www.tentec.com/files/1300%20Spec-Model.pdf (tuned parts for the 40, 30 and 20 Meter versions)
Or this: http://www.tentec.com/files/1300%20qrp%20x.pdf

Yeah, all of them from TenTec, but none specific to the 15 Meter version. Take a look at the second item and study the parts values. Might be able to guesstimate what a 15 Meter version would use well enough to tell if a bogus part was soldered in the wrong place on your rig.

If all else fails you could rebuild it for 20, 30 or 40 Meters... Assuming you can replicate the coils well enough for it to tune. (?)
