Has anyone received a paper QSL from 4O3A through AI4U?  I've worked him a couple times and have received very quick LotW confirmations, but nothing so far from his manager.  My first QSO was 2009-01-05 15:18:00, and the second was 2010-10-31 15:07:00.

Thanks,
Joe (AJ8MH)

I have a 4O3A card.  But I don't know what manager I got it from.

It is just a piece of paper with the call and a signature.  VERY low tech, but it counted for DXCC.

I have a 4O3A card too, and cannot remember
who it came from either.

They ARE a LoTW user, I have about 25 or so confirmations
from them on LoTW.

I received some from older QSO's, but I am still waiting on a 10M QSL from April 2011. It hasn't been near long enough to do a 2nd request. I have received one for an 80M QSO in 2008, a 12M QSO in 2010, and from 4O50A (special call) on 17M in Dec of 2010. As noted they are all on LOTW, although I'm one of those that likes to have a card when I work a new country on a band.

I have a card for a 2009 CW QSO, but I have never received a card for a 2008 phone contact.

My 2009 CW contact got me the "low tech" paper QSL from
AI4U. His QRZ info says he is 403A QSL manager for U.S. calls.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the info.  Looks like I may have to look around for another Montenegro station for a paper card.

73 and good DX...
