Running your lines perpendicular to those power lines isn't a big deal. It's when you run lines parallel and close to power lines like that that you may have a problem with noise pickup
That is the key, parallel causes the problem, running 90deg across is fine. Happened all the time when I worked mobile at the tv station, you always had to run across and not with power lines to prevent seeing/hearing 60hz hum in the video and audio.
