I cannot speak too highly of the guys at the service office of ICOM in WA. I have bought an IC-2KL amplifier and was having some probs with the 10m mod.
I phoned ICOM in WA and asked them if they had any tech info they could help me with. The next morning there was about 10 pages of jpegs with all the conversion information on my email inbox. These guys made no money out of me and simply looked after me. What more can you ask from a supplier? For Mike at ICOM America, the Silver Star for being a good guy.
Alpha Power - you sure could learn from this.
