I have a 4 inch going through the wall, a grey pvc elbow pointing down on the outside.  I have about a dozen or so cables ( lmr 400 mostly) and no problems, except I should have used a 5 incher!!

no apparent interaction between the cables, and if I ever need to remove  the hole I will spray foam it, then paint to match..  Mine has been there for probably 8 years, no problems.  you can stuff a rag inthere to fill up the gaps if you want.  I also used the foam can to fill in around the 4 inch pipe and hold it solid in the wall.
