I have looked at the two rotor rebuilding sites in the US and will use one of them if I cannot locate one here.
The shipping and customs issues would much less Roll Eyes I think.
Is there such a place in Canada?

I'm not aware of anyone doing rotor repair in Canada.  Shipping charges are one thing, but I wouldn't worry too much about duty at least coming this way.  There is no import duty here on anything less than US$400, and almost any used rotor will be less than that.  And most of the charges will be labor, so the product value added will be low.  If you have to make a customs declaration to ship it, I'd put about $250 on it and you should be okay.
