DX Engineering

I want to add kudos for DX Engineering. I ordered an amplifier and tuner from them. The amp was damaged in shipment and the tuner was DOA. Both were in unopened original MFG shipping cartons. DX Engineering had them both picked up and replaced as quickly as possible. Unlike other reports I have seen here I did not have to wait on resolution with UPS to get the damaged equipment replaced.

They are great with information and recommendations as well as filling and shipping orders. Since they stood behind me the last time I just ordered some additional equipment. As I told them they are my vendor of choice when they have what I need.  Usual disclaimers apply, just a satisfied customer.

Don't matter!..DX Engineering is fantastic at everything they do !

I have a couple of their antenna's...Best production verticals I've ever seen!

I'd say what you just described would be AVERAGE for them!

I would agree.  Excellent equipment and they shipped my last order within an hour of me placing it.  Arrived today!

I've been buying equipment from DXEngineering for about 1 1/2 years and I've never been disappointed.  The customer service has always been excellent.  The sales staff is always quick to respond to questions and they make very good suggestions when you are not exactly sure of what you need.

I've purchased everything from amplifiers & tuners to coax and connectors from them and have always been happy with the quality and service.  My last order was just this past week and I'm looking forward to more in the future (lots of projects going on here at the KE8G/KD8CMB station!)

The only way service could get better, is if they send someone along with the equipment to install it for you!!

The customer service is excellent, and their prices and shipping are great.   And there's a LOT of useful information on their website, IMO.  DX Engineering is consistently excellent!
