Houston, TX September 21, 2011 - Tom King(WK5DX) is pleased to announce
the release of DXtream version 1.0.0 the ultimate operation management
and web interface for Ham Radio Deluxe and N1MM Logger.
"Hams no longer need to use several different applications to manage
their operations and provide log search functions for their dxpeditions,
special events, or contest operations," said King.
Since DXtream is a web application, operation team members may be in
remote locations while working on an operation in the planning stage.
Then, while the operation is in progress, the application has the
ability to access the log file and display the last QSO for each band.
A callsign search function is provided to enable hams around the world
to search the log in real time or, if an internet connection is unavail-
able to the operation in progress, after the operation is over and the
log file has been uploaded.
"The heart of this application is operation management," said King.
"Some major dxpeditions take years of planning and coordination to pull
off. DXtream provides a single site where team members may add issues
and comments to the operation in the planning stage. DXtream also acts
as the main web site for an operation and provides the space to comply
with sponsor/donor advertising requirements."
DXtream also provides statistical log search functions such as QSOs by
CQ Zone, QSOs by Continent, QSOs by DXCC Entity, by mode, by band, by
hour, etc. Operation team members have even more extensive statistical
log search functions available to them.
