What end of a moxon antenna should be pointed in the direction of the signal you are trying to recieve. Is it the driven element that is pointed toward the signal or is it the reflecter.
Thanks Roland

The Moxon is a 2 ele yagi (sort of) so radiator to the station to be contacted.
The front to back ratio is very good so pointing the reflector towards the wanted station.... not recommended

the "reflector" is always pointed away from the signal to be recieved.  Some two element yagis use a "driver director" setup but the moxon is a driver and a reflector, so the driven element is pointed in the the desired direction.

If the element were a "director" it would go the other way.

You're welcome.  Of course with a properly dimensioned, carefully constructed Moxon it will be VERY VERY obvious which direction is which.  The front to back ratio is very good.
