Need to adapt the Peltor #8103 headset to my Kenwood TS-480.  I know that I have to go from the 1/4 " phone jack to the p-45 that is used on the radio but I also need an impedance matching circuit for the headphones .  I might also need something to match the mic circuit. Any help would be appreciated. Smiley
