Hiya fellow Hams!

I was listening to CSPAN-2 and Tom Ridge's Home Land
Security speeh last night.  It was very good.  I think he's doing a fantastic job!  Anyway, there was this nice little morse code thing going on in the audio.  It even kept going when the cspan was having "audio difficulties" and you couldn't hear Tom's voice for a minute or so.  It's stopped when his speech was over.  Very interesting!  The morse code was not in the real audio version of his speech on the cspan website.  It was hard to decode because his voice covered it up, but it was definately audible in the pauses he took.  I wish I would have recorded it, I would have loved to know what the text of the code was.  Any ideas what that might have been?

Thanks!
