I wanted a way to have qrz callsign lookup on top of all my other programs when i am
in windows..
I wanted it to stay on top of all other programs that I was running.
so i wrote a little program in visual basic.
its free if you think you can use it.
just download it and put it on your desktop and then doubleclick the icon to start it.
