I know this is not exactly ham radio related but can someone direct me to a procedure to get my task bar back to the bottom of the screen. My wife logged into some web site and after that I had got on to check my email, Outlook Express.  While reading my email everything went crazy and dumped all my email to the deleted file, then a window came up and asked if I wanted to send Outlook Express to the Recycle bin.  When it all settled down the task bar had gone from the bottom of the screen to the right side in about a 2 inch wide configuration and then finally to the top of the screen.

Everything seems to be working OK now but I was used to the task bar on the bottom of the screen.  I guess I can live with it  but will take some getting used to.

Tnx for any guidance.

Just drag it down...you can drag it around to any side.  As far as the width, you can go to the edge and get a double-headed arrow, then move it to resize it.  Hope this helps.

I can change the size but can't drag it down at all.

Whoops, I forgot about it being able to be locked.  Glad you got it.
