I am interested in finding out if I can learn CW. The reading I have done to date indicates that it is better to learn to recognize the sound patterns of the letters rather than see them and then translate.
Are there any CW tutorials on DVD that are playable in a DVD player? I would have time to listen and learn during my daily commute, and think it might be a good way to use the time. Also, for a beginner, is there a recommended speed to start with ?
Thanks

Chuck Adams makes a great CD to learn and improve your Morse code:

I'd change that to "Morse Code tutorial."

CW is a mode.  Morse Code is the code. Smiley

You are very correct.  Technically.  However, many use CW for brevity.
