I sent the money in good faith, and he ripped me off.$21.99+Shipping: $4.99 Standard Shipping , 8 PIN Icom Mic to a 4 PIN Yaesu Radio Adapter, did not work I sent it to him and received it 5 days later. He said he sent me the refunds !   I never heard from him.

Have you considered that the adapter may be good and that it is the version of your Yaesu that might be the problem?  There are at least three different pin configurations of the Yaesu microphone connector.  I also thought I had a bad adapter and it turned out it was my Yaesu that had the problem by not being standard over the years.  Read all ads carefully and know what you really need and then ask questions before buying.  73, Ray AK4RL

eBay should reimburse you, just open a case and provide them with evidence of your return shipment.
