  One thing for certain with HF is you'll be able to outperform 2 meters hands down. 

Not entirely true... don't forget about EME on 2m! It's a challenge but you can work around the globe.

Have you seen the typical EME exchange? I wouldn't count on much of a QSO with that 16 element beam!
