I agree with you there, however, if he broke a court ordered ban from touching a radio transmitter again, he most certainly could be put in jail for a good, long time--and for him, that almost means life!

I agree with G3RZP. How many times has the FCC levied a notice of liability on this lid? I would like to know how much in legal fees this dolt has spent. I am just plain tired of hearing about the jerk. Just send in the US Marshall's and arrest this guy, give him his day in court and then lock him him.

One can only imagine what life must be like for those unfortunate enough to have to share it with K1MAN. He considers himself above all laws and even common decency to fellow human beings. He needs to be off the air and in jail. It would be very educational for him.

the only party that is at a loss is the US Taxpayer,
the amount of time and money spent on this case
is a lot more then the $10K fines he was given.

FCC should confiscate his equipment in addition to
any and all fines.
