Does anyone know how to wire this kenwood mic for my Icom 7410 ?  Thanks Bryon KD8OTT

Try Google.  I found information for both the mike and the radio in a couple of minutes.  You should have the manuals for both.  Download them and save them.

Probably will not work correctly as the Icom supplys voltage for a electric condenser mic. Best to stick with Icom mics. A sm-6 or sm-20 would work great on that rig.
