This seems interesting.  Does this mean I will be able to access my Email accounts even if my internet connection is gone via HF?

Absolutely.
That is exactly what it means.
Attachments, small images and all.
About as fast as dial-up.
But you could be on a boat in the middle of the ocean, without the Internet.
So access your email from thousands of miles away from the Internet. - For FREE.
